Hello, I am Teri Gideon and I am a Licensed Cosmetologist and a Specialized Certified Sugarist. Sugaring is an organic method of removing unwanted hair! I currently have my own suite upstairs located at the Professional Hearing Center. Once you sugar, you never go wax! Please read the PREPARATION STEPS BELOW to prepare for your appointment. *****After approved appointment, please go to your email and fill out the forms/waivers before your scheduled appointment***** **Customers are advised, any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I ask that all clients be respectful. How to prepare for your appointment: * Personal hygiene rules! Please bathe and/or freshen up before your hair removal appointment. * Skip the lotions and creams. Do not apply self tanners, body sprays, deodorant or other topical creams before your appointment. * Let it grow out! If you have been shaving, please allow 10 days or (1/16 inch) of hair growth for sugaring. * Avoid heat. No tanning beds, hot tubs or saunas before your appointment. * EXFOLIATE! Exfoliating the area gently 24-48 hours before your appointment will remove dead skin cells and give you a cleaner results. *Hydrate. Drinking lots of water before helps to soften the pores. * Be Comfy. Wear loose comfortable clothing to prevent irritation after body sugaring service. CANCELLATION POLICY

Hello and welcome to Sugar So Chic! **By booking an appointment you understand and are agreeing to all of these policies.** POLICIES: All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours prior to appointment time. SAME DAY cancellations/arriving late and no-shows will be charged the FULL amount of the service(s) booked. This includes being late and unable to start/finish appointment. A 50% retainer is required for some if not all appointments when booking a service. This retainer is NON-refundable. If arriving late/cancelling and/or no-showing to an appointment is a reoccurring issue you will need to pay a retainer in full that will be non-refundable for future appointments. If client wishes to schedule another appointment another retainer must be paid. When paying cash please bring exact amount needed as I may not have change. NO extra guests are allowed (unless I have personally granted permission) If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment this maybe considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount of service(s) booked. You will then need to reschedule online. I do understand that we are human and life happens! However when spots are filled and that time is taken arriving late, canceling without 48 hr notice, or a no-show effects my business. This is not only to keep the lights on here to provide services to you amazing women but this is my only income to support my family as well. So please give grace and understanding to me when life does happen as I still need payment for the time taken from the day I can't replace with someone else. Reminders are also sent but please make your own as well as I can’t be responsible for technology errors. I appreciate you all.
